Q.001What if the claim is rejected?
The 10% success fee never applies — that only comes out of money that actually lands. You will have paid the monthly fee and the $2,000 filing fee, and we don't refund those. Audit defense is included: we wrote the evidence, we stand behind it, and we handle every question CRA asks.
Q.002What do I pay before any money arrives?
The estimate is free and needs no card. Once you start, it's $300 a month, plus $2,000 when we build and file your claim. The 10% comes out of the refund afterwards.
Q.003Why a monthly fee at all?
The evidence has to be captured while the job is happening, not reconstructed a year later. The monthly fee runs the lab that collects it — that's what makes the claim hold up.
Q.004What's included?
The engineer interviews, evidence capture and compilation, specialist filing, a CPA seat for your accountant, and audit defense if CRA asks questions.
Q.005My accountant says they can do this
They might! Send them our CPA seat — many accountants keep the bookkeeping and let us run the technical claim. We play well together.
Q.006How much of my week does this eat?
Thirty minutes with an engineer to confirm the claim, then photos you were already taking. We do the compiling and the filing.
